How to cook baby noodle

STEP 1

Prepare noodles with your favorite ingredients and soup stock according to your baby’s age.

STEP 2

Let the ingredients and noodles simmer in your soup for a couple of minutes and you’re done!

STEP 3

An easy, delicious, and nutritious meal for your little one.

Creamy Salmon Udon

  • Baby Udon 20g
  • Salmon 20g
  • Spinach 20g
  • Milk 100g

1. Finely chop salmon and vegetables.

2. Bring 300 ml of water up a boil. Once it’s boiling, add udon and cook for 5 minutes.

3. Add in all other ingredients and cook for 4 more minutes.
And, there you go! Creamy salmon udon packed with nutrients!

Threadfin Udon

  • 5-10g threadfin fillet
  • 1 tsp chopped broccoli
  • 1 tsp finely diced carrot

1. In a small pot, cook 5-10g Baby Udon for about 8 minutes.

2. Add in broccoli and carrot, cook for another 1 minute.

3. Drain noodles and vegetables in a colander and set aside.

4. Heat up a pan with some oil and pan fry threadfin fillet until thoroughly cooked.

5. Flake or mash the fish and check for bones.

6. Combine with pasta and vegetables and serve!

Carrot Carbonara

  • 5-10g chopped salmon
  • 2-3 cubes frozen carrot puree
  • 2 tsp chopped broccoli

1. Pre-steam salmon and broccoli.

2. Heat up carrot puree (add 2-3 tsp milk if it’s too concentrated).

3. Add in 5-10g of Baby Udon and cook for about 9 minutes.

4. Add in salmon and broccoli.

5. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the top and serve.
